BEHIND THE WORK
Hello, my name is Damien Evans. I am a Southern California 3D Environment Artist currently looking for a position as a 3D Environment Artist/Level Builder.I have my Bachelor of Science in game Art and Design.I have been in the gaming industry since 1996. I have shipped over 10 titles. I have worked in a few different disciplines in the gaming industry, these positions have included QA, Design, Associate Producer, Art Director and Environment Artist.I started out in QA and worked my way up to become an Associate Producer/Art Director. I have worked for 989 Studios, Sony Interactive, Interplay, Taldren, and Planetwide Games. I love the challenge of designing and creating something that has never existed previously.I have been into gaming my whole life and it is truly one of my passions. I have the utmost respect for anyone in the gaming industry. I know the hard work and dedication that is involved in all areas of game development.Outside of art and gaming I love my family, custom classic cars, music, softball, paintball, football, baseball(Go Angels), tattoos and poker.
